Intertool & Schweissen 2026 – Our Recap from Wels
From 21 to 24 April 2026, Messe Wels once again became the meeting point for the manufacturing industry, and Eisenblätter was there with its own booth. Intertool is Austria’s largest B2B trade fair for manufacturing technology. Together with Schweissen, which takes place at the same time, it also covers joining, cutting and coating technology. For us, this trade fair duo was the ideal stage to present our grinding and polishing technologies to the Austrian trade audience.
A trade fair duo for metalworking
Around 300 exhibitors presented their latest developments for the metalworking industry in Wels, an event that attracts around 11,000 trade visitors. Alongside machine tools, precision tools, automation and robotics, the fair offered an extensive supporting programme, including expert talks on stage and the Welding Experience Forum. The combination of manufacturing and welding technology is a perfect fit for us: wherever welding and manufacturing take place, clean surface finishing is essential.
What we showed at our booth
At our booth in Hall 21 (Booth 0419), we presented our range for professional surface finishing – from flap discs and non-woven solutions to polishing systems and machines for metalworking. Highlights included:
- Solutions for weld seam processing – from grinding to a clean surface
- Polishing systems for perfect surfaces – from matt to mirror finish
- High-performance tools for industry and trade – efficient, durable and user-friendly
We especially enjoyed the many conversations with users, retailers and partners from Austria and neighbouring countries. During the demonstrations at our booth, visitors could see our products in action.
